Our role is to initially teach the correct activation of the core muscles, then progress into an individually tailored
exercise plan.
We use real time ultrasound to image the outer and middle layers of
your abdominal muscles.
During the scan you will see which layers are working as you perform the exercises.
It is a useful tool to ensure that the correct muscles are being activated.
Depending on your level of skill, your exercise programme may range from mat work exercises; work on our pilates reformer
or gym ball stability training.
Juliana will supervise your programme over time and work with your goals for fitness, injury prevention or rehabilitation.
